Katerina’s Personal Story
Horses have always held a special place in her life, and she currently owns two of her own. Thanks to her husband's passion for all things automotive, that appreciation has naturally expanded from horses to horsepower, creating a shared love for performance vehicles and craftsmanship.
Travel is also a major source of inspiration. Over the past five years, Katerina has visited more than 14 countries, drawing ideas from architecture, design, culture, and community development around the world. These experiences continue to influence her work in Nashville real estate, residential development, education, and philanthropic initiatives throughout Middle Tennessee.
When she's not helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee, Katerina enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and German Shepherd.
A perfect weekend might include tackling a home renovation project with her husband, enjoying a run around Radnor Lake with her daughter, and preparing a healthy meal for family and friends ...and that's just a Saturday morning.
Cooking is one of Katerina's greatest passions, and her Greek heritage shines through in her love of Mediterranean cuisine. Food has always been a way of bringing people together, and it's one of the reasons she pays special attention to kitchens and gathering spaces when helping clients find the right home. She believes the heart of every home is where family and community connect.

Real estate has been a cornerstone of Katerina's professional expertise throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee, but like any passionate and driven individual, she was never content staying in one lane. Over the last decade, she expanded her craft into new construction, guided by an ability to envision what a home can become long before the first footer is dug.
That passion ultimately culminated in her most ambitious vision yet. An entire subdivision of homes that helped transform Nashville's Edgehill neighborhood. For Katerina, development has never been about building houses. It's about creating places where people can put down roots, build memories, and thrive
Variety is the spice of life, and a Master's Degree in Education combined with managing a K–5 school earlier in her career fueled a passion for helping people grow. That passion eventually led her to create bespoke educational programs for organizations large and small, helping them tackle growth initiatives, workforce development challenges, and cultural transformation.
Whether she's helping a family find the right home, developing a neighborhood, designing a learning program, or championing a cause she believes in, the common thread is always the same: elevating those around her. Because for Katerina, success has never been about the transaction.
